Classes

If you are curious and would like to experience this exciting, life-changing technique, classes are as follows:

All classes begin with a gathering time - 7:45 pm is our gathering time.  Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a towel and a journal to log your discoveries - along with plenty of curiosity.  See you in class!

Hiking class is a little different than the Friday format as we are outdoors, so please prepare for the elements. Bring your journal and, of course, your curiosity.  Please call for location information.  See you on the mountain!
